Radiant Confidence LLC — Official Rules for Raffle

  • Sponsor: Radiant Confidence LLC d/b/a Radiant Health Ayurvedic Clinic.

  • Eligibility: Open to U.S. residents, 18+. Void where prohibited.

  • How to Enter: Submit the form on this page. One entry per person/email. No purchase necessary.

  • Entry Period: Entries are accepted only on the day the raffle QR code is shared. Submissions received after that date will not be eligible.

  • Prize: One (1) complimentary 30-minute Meditation Session (virtual) (ARV: $50). Prize not transferable; no cash equivalent.

  • Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen by random drawing within seven (7) days of the event where the raffle QR code was shared. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

  • Notification & Prize Claim:
    The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days after the random drawing. The selected winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification to confirm acceptance of the prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.

  • Publicity: By accepting, winner permits Sponsor to share first name/initial and city/state for winner announcement.

  • Privacy: Information collected is used to administer the raffle and for sending newsletter/blog/promotions and official updates; you can unsubscribe anytime.

  • Limitations of Liability: Sponsor not responsible for technical issues or lost entries.

  • Disputes: Governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
