Frequently Asked Questions
What conditions do you specialize in?
I support individuals navigating prediabetes, Type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance, PCOS, digestive challenges, metabolic concerns, and sustainable weight loss. My approach blends Ayurveda with modern science to help you build steady energy, balanced hormones, and a healthier metabolism.
How does Ayurveda help with blood sugar, metabolism, and weight loss?
Ayurveda focuses on improving digestion, stabilizing energy, and reducing metabolic stress — all of which directly influence weight. When combined with evidence‑based coaching, this approach helps support insulin sensitivity, reduce cravings, balance hormones, and create sustainable weight changes without extreme diets or restriction.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes — all sessions are offered either virtually or in-person, making it easy to work together no matter where you live. Clients join from across the U.S. and internationally.
Where are you located?
I am located in Ringoes, New Jersey and I work with clients statewide across New Jersey, including Somerset and Hunterdon Counties, and also offer virtual Ayurvedic health coaching services nationwide across the United States.
What is The Optimal Well‑Being Method™?
This is my signature framework that integrates Ayurvedic principles, behavior change science, and metabolic health strategies. It’s designed to help you understand your body, build sustainable habits, and create long‑term improvements in energy, digestion, blood sugar, hormonal balance, and weight.
Is this program a replacement for medical care?
No. My work complements your medical care. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Instead, I help you understand your body, build supportive habits, and create a lifestyle that aligns with your health goals.
How long does it take to see results?
Most clients begin noticing improvements in energy, digestion, sleep, and cravings within the first few weeks. Sustainable changes in blood sugar, metabolism, hormonal balance, and weight typically develop over several months of consistent support.
Do you create personalized nutrition plans?
Yes. Your plan is tailored to your digestion, metabolic needs, lifestyle, and Ayurvedic constitution. You receive clear guidance on meals, routines, herbs, and daily practices that support your goals — including blood sugar balance, hormone health, and sustainable weight loss.
Do you work with people who are new to Ayurveda?
Absolutely. My approach is simple, practical, and accessible — no complicated rituals or restrictive rules. You’ll learn how to apply Ayurveda in a way that fits your modern life.
What can I expect in the first session?
Your initial session includes a detailed assessment of your digestion, metabolism, menstrual health, stress patterns, sleep, and daily routines. You’ll leave with clear next steps and a personalized plan to begin your wellness journey.
