Apple Avocado protein smoothie

Smoothies are perfect light refreshing breakfast for a warm summer morning. My new favorite Apple Avocado Protein smoothie is packed with fiber, healthy fat, and whey protein. We have always heard that an apple a day keeps a doctor away. Apples are packed with fiber, Vitamin C, and a variety of antioxidants. Avocados are a great source of vitamins C, E, K, and B-6, as well as riboflavin, niacin, folate, pantothenic acid, magnesium, and potassium. They also provide a healthy dose of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids. They have lutein and zeaxanthin which are great antioxidants for our vision. There are several health benefits of this heart-healthy fruit.

2 Organic ready to go Vanilla Protein Shakes ( I used XS Energy ready to go Whey protein shake in mine because it is rich, creamy without any after taste and packed with 25 grams of Whey and Casein Protein to support lean muscle mass) You can use any brand you like.

1 Organic Pink lady or Granny smith apple ( You can use any apple you want. I like Pink lady or Granny smith apples over Gala apples because it is a bit tart and crisp. Pink Lady apples are Flavonoid-rich apples which help in improving blood pressure and heart health while Granny Smith apples are high in insoluble fiber which supports healthy gut bacteria)

1 Avocado

Dash of Cinnamon

Ice cubes

Add everything in a blender and blend

Pour in the glass and Serve fresh
