Whole Wheat Roti Recipe

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour

  • Water (as needed)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dough:

    • In a large mixing bowl, add whole wheat flour. Gradually add water and knead to form a soft, pliable dough. The dough should not be too sticky or too dry. If desired, add a pinch of salt for taste. Cover and leave the dough for 30 minutes. Now apply some oil and knead the dough again till it’s soft and smooth.

  2. Divide and Shape:

    • Divide the dough into small, golf ball-sized portions. Roll each portion between your palms to form a smooth ball.
